Best of 2024

It's been a low blog post kinda year, but my annual tradition on December 29th is to share my top new blog posts from the year so here goes. Thank you to Cheryl of Meadow Mist Designs for once again hosting the Best of... linky party. This is my 10th(!) year participating by sharing my five most popular blog posts that were published in the current year. (Big shout out to Project QUILTING, which starts season 16 on January 5th. I hope you'll consider joining us!)

Thank you, Danice. The star block was so fun to create. Often a bee prompt inspires me and I think it would be lovely to use what I've created to spark my own project. Alas, too many ideas, too little time. But that is one that lives in my head.

  1. I love how your projects all seem to coordinate with each other. Funny how many of us blog less and less, but I still see value in blogging, and enjoy what others write.

Some of that is that I generally work in the colors I like (bold, saturated color) and sometimes (especially for small projects) it is literally because I have this fabric out already from another recent or current project and am inspired by those fabrics. Often I really like what I've used in a bee block and then use some of that palette in another project. The plan is to get back to blogging more regularly this year. Time will tell. :-) Thanks for visiting!
