I have been a member of the Santa Clara Valley Quilt Association since 2002 and I always look forward to our biennial quilt show. Below are all the details, followed by a preview of the quilts made by me and my kids that will be part of the show. Mark your calendar for May 4-5!
SCVQA is hosting our quilt show, Quilts Celebrating Creativity, May 4-5, 2019 at the Santa Clara Convention Center. This show features hundreds of diverse quilts on display, special exhibits by two featured artists, shopping, demonstrations, raffles, and a scavenger hunt for kids.
If you would like to save $2, you can visit one of three local shops to pre-purchase your ticket: Golden State Quilting in Campbell, The Granary in Sunnyvale, or Nimble Thimble in Gilroy.
Details: Santa Clara Convention Center, Hall A, 5001 Great American Parkway. Admission $12, children 12 and under free. Saturday, May 4th 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday, May 5th 10 am to 4pm. More info at www.scvqaquiltshow.org.
