What is Equity Pricing? In order to provide services to as many people as possible, equity pricing is a tiered, sliding scale for pricing. The Standard Price is the base price for the workshop. If this pricing would create a financial burden you can choose the Equity Price (which is actually the default when you add a workshop to your cart). If you are financially more comfortable and are able to, you can choose the Pay It Forward Price -- this will enable me to continue to offer tiered pricing for my open enrollment workshops. You'll see these amounts clearly on my workshop description page and when you click the blue "Add to Cart" button, you'll be reminded of this tiered pricing and you are able to type in the amount you chose before you click on "checkout." You can hit reply to this email to reach me with any questions. Once you pay online you'll receive an email through SendOwl with the materials list and Zoom link.

In this fast-paced workshop, Sarah will teach a wide variety of improvisational piecing techniques. Discover how fun and easy it is to create these improv elements for use in your existing quilt projects, or as the start of a new project. Each prompt will be introduced and demonstrated; then time will be allowed for making one or more units with each technique.

Tuesday, May 19, 9am-noon (pacific time) - All About Angles
This workshop includes cutting and piecing techniques to construct slabs to use as the building blocks for a project of any size... all without any math. Come play with angles in an easy and forgiving way to create a piece with great movement in your design. The class is fat quarter friendly. Students will construct their first units in class. These can be combined to become a finished mini/small quilt or built upon for a larger project. Quilting ideas will be discussed.
